Design and development of a manual ceiling fan cleaner
Abstract
The purpose and goal of this final year project is to show the design of a manual ceiling fan cleaner is effective in cleaning the ceiling fan. In addition, the use of manual ceiling fan cleaner can deficient the fatigue and burden of consumers in cleaning a ceiling fan. Order to investigate this component affect of overall drag, a detailed numerical test has been conducted by finite element analysis (FEA) calculation software. From the computation (FEA) results for the thickness of the aluminum bar is calculated. Found to be 1mm thick aluminum bar can withstand the force exerted upon the course of the process of cleaning the ceiling fan. So 1mm thick aluminum bars are the suitable materials used to produce the product. In addition, obtain customer feedback to know about the strength and weakness of manual ceiling fan cleaner. From the user feedbacks is satisfied where the product can clean the fan quickly and reduce the save up cleaning time. In addition, this product is safe to used. As additives, a physical model of a manual ceiling fan cleaner was constructed to reflect clearly the nature and view of this project.
