This project discusses the design of charge measurement meter. This instrument was used to measure the rate of charges for different surroundings. Construct a capacitor plate to capture the charge, connect the capacitor plate to capacitor, then connected it to amplifier to enlarge the DC voltage signal. Before that, the amplification of the operational amplifier was tested. The enlarged voltages obtained are then converted back to the original voltage value produced. Finally, the rate of charge was calculated by using the formula. The results obtained shows that the rate of charge at indoor surrounding is higher than outdoor.en_US
