Miniaturization of Biosensors based on nanotechnology are rapidly developing with gaining of undisputable ground and are becoming widespread in the biomedical with capability of improving the existing current diagnosis technologies, separation technologies and chemical synthesis techniques. For these nano biosensors to reach their potential without any disturbing limitations, they must be integrated with appropriate fluid delivery system, which are usually based on nano/microfluidics. In this review we provided a summary of the developments in microfluidic chip with focus on fluidics structure design simulation, and fabrication of (microchannels, micromixer, microvalves and micropumps) in Poly (methythelsilocone) (PDMS)-as polymer materials. An overview on applications of microfluidic in life science are also presented.en_US
