The applications of PCB board in today’s products are increasing, as the world is currently shifting into a digital electronic age. Most of common products are now digitalize and most of the products are employed the PCB board. This Phenomena also have influence the PCB handling method. The manual handling method is currently automated in order to achieve and to fulfill the market demand. This report is proposing a PCB autoloader design to be integrated with the existing SMT in-line system that available at UniMAP teaching factory. In designing the PCB autoloader, a few method and approached will be considered to ensure the reliability of the PCB autoloader. The IDEF0 will be used to construct the functions of system, creating a graphical model that shows: what controls the function, which performs it, what resources are used in carrying it out, what it produces, and what relationships it has to other functions. With a clear understanding of the PCB autoloader, several numbers of conceptual designs will be proposed and the final or the best design will be selected using Pugh method. Selected design will then be analyze using a few related theories to get detail requirement or specification of the component wish is will be assembled to be the PCB autoloader.en_US
