dc.description.abstract | This paper presents a single-phase two-wire hybrid active power filter (APF) that is connected to photovoltaic (PV) array. The uniqueness of proposed scheme is the fact that it the combines the conventional APF with high-pass filter and PV. This approach improves the harmonics filtering performance as well as simultaneously supplies the power from the photovoltaic array to the load. The current reference command is derived using the extension instantaneous-reactive power (p-q) theorem. To prove the workability of the concept, an experimental APF system was designed and the proposed algorithm was tested. | en_US |
