dc.description.abstractThe aim of the study is to apply linear programming formulation in minimizing the number of excess passengers that used ferry services from Kuala Perlis to Kuah and vice versa during peak season. High demand of ferry services during festive season and school holiday had lead to longer waiting time. The result suggests that the suggested model able to reduce the number of excess passengers which at the end resulted to shorter waiting time.en_US
