This paper has examined the performance of free space optic system and scattering effects over the laser propagation. Analysis result based on Optisystem simulation software and rain data collected from Malaysia Meteorological Department Perlis, which covering beneath the tropical rainforest weather. The measurement in a simulation using the real parameter from Laserbit system which using wavelength 785 nm, 0.5 – 15mrad beam divergence, 70mW laser power and range between 100m – 2500m. The result can estimate the intensity of rain to impair the link and alternative method to overcome the drawback system.

In this paper, the performance of downlink design utilizing the free space optic (FSO) is presented. The permissible BER of 10-58 is achieved when the system utilized 40 cm aperture diameter. The highest system sensitivity will lead to less error and enable more transmission output. The result revealed, at a bit rate 155Mbps and effective received power -27.5 dBm, FSO downlink system at bit rate 155 Mbps improved by 13% as compared to 1.5 Gbps and 2.5 Gbps in single transmission line. It is truly shown that, the FSO system utilized 155 Mbp/s with 40 cm aperture diameter shown good performance of a reliable FSO downlink system.

The SeQ codes has advantages, such as variable cross-correlation property at any given number of users and weights, as well as effectively suppressed the impacts of phase induced intensity noise (PIIN) and multiple access interference (MAI) cancellation property. The result revealed, at system performance analysis of BER = 10-09, the SeQ code capable to achieved 1 Gbps up to 60 km.

In this paper microstrip patch antenna for millimeter-wave is proposed. Evolution of shape microstrip antenna are designed which is from rectangular antenna to triangle antenna and changed to triangle with slot. The proposed antenna configuration achieved for covering 5G wireless system. The lowest return loss of the antenna is -29.23dB which is triangle with slot and the maximum gain obtained is 8 db at the 61.93 GHz for the triangle antenna. This antenna are suitable for the 5G wireless application for short range and high rate communication system.
