Abstract: Dyes remediation in aqueous streams are the issue due to fractious of industrial textile in environment. To overcome the problem, many techniques and methods have been introduced for removal of dyes from wastewater. Conventional treatment method for the removal of these toxic dyes are not economical and generate more toxic chemical waste. Adsorption method is one of the popular techniques which is economically favorable and effective to separate dyes from wastewater. New adsorbent with magnetic characteristic has been introduced by busing iron (III) oxide nanoparticles (MNP) has some disadvantages such as it can easily to oxidize when expose to the environment, and it also easy to agglomerate in the solution. In order to overcome this problem, fish bone, chicken bone, and egg shell (F-C-E) which is low cost material and easy to find is used to act as coating agent on the surface of Fe3O4. Modifying the new magnetic adsorbent coated with F-C-E on the surface of Fe3O4 MNP (MNP@F-C-E) to act as adsorbent during the adsorption process can reduce the cost, eco-friendly, and increase the efficiency of the separation of dyes in wastewater. The parameter used is the pH (4-11), contact time (10-120mins), and dosage of adsorbent (10mg-250mg). This research also will determine the functional group, surface morphology and the elements for the synthesized MNP using Fourier-transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), Field-emission Scanning Electron Microscope (FESEM), and Energy-dispersive X-ray Spectroscopy (EDX).
