dc.description.abstractSpray drying was found to be an effective method in produce rice bran protein powder. The protein powder was evaluated using OFAT method. Three parameters were used to analysis the effect to the yield and protein concentration which are temperature, feed flow rate and inlet aspirator. One of the parameter was run in different value with constants value of other parameters. The protein powder was obtain using spray dryer and measured the yield to analysis the production. The product analyse based on three factor which are yield of protein, protein concentration and moisture content. From the analysis, the most suitable value of parameter used were 180 ˚C of temperature inlet, 0.12 mL/s of feed flow rate and 10.56 mL/s of aspirator inlet.en_US
