Abstract: Recycle Aluminium Composite Pulley was an environmental-friendly pulley from innovative recycle aluminium composite materials. This pulley was fabricated by using recycled aluminium alloy from automotive component reinforced with ceramic reinforcement. This product was created to utilise the recycle aluminium alloy and convert it to the composite value-added product. The pulley was produced via blade turbulent casting technique using self-designed and self-made non-ferrous melting furnace. The molten recycled aluminium composite was cast into the shape of pulley via economical sand casting process.
