This study will outline the member of construction is a contractor. Studies to identify the causes abandoned on the run in this study using a questionnaire. From the study, the biggest of factors that lead to abandoned housing projects in Selangor have been listed as a percentage of the position. 5 factors were financial problems from developers or owners, higher prices of raw materials, high interest charges in buying a home, the failure of developers to work on schedule, and the last is the improper construction budget. In addition, this study examines whether the criteria can be repaired or not. Therefore, it is appropriate to be used by the contractor as a guide in restoring the abandoned project. In addition, the proposed work plan was able to convince the buyer to the workability of the work plan which will be undertaken by the contractor in saving homes that are purchased. | en_US |
