Concrete is possibly exposed to elevated temperatures during the fire on when it is near to furnace and reactors. The mechanical properties such as strength, modulus of elasticity and volume stability of concrete are significantly reduced during these exposures. A study has been conducted to investigate the compressive strength of fire damaged in concrete cube and bond strength of normal concrete as a repair material for fire damaged concrete. The samples were casted in 100 mm × 100 mm × 100 mm and 100 mm × 100 mm × 300 mm and undergo curing process for 7 days. Test samples were subjected to elevated temperatures ranges from 200 °C to 600 °C for 2 hours. Then the compressive strength and slant shear of concrete was tested used the Compression Test machine. Slant shear test were performed to quantify the bond strength in shear. Result showed that the compressive strength and bond strength specimen significantly reduced with an increase in temperatures.en_US
