The lightweight aggregate concrete are formed by replacing fine aggregate with lightweight aggregate materials, palm oil clinker according to the composition that proposed. The specimen choose in this study is cubes and beams type. Then, the lightweight aggregate concrete produced by three different type of water/ cement ratio which is 0.4, 0.45, and 0.5. Other than that, the lightweight aggregate concrete also test by inserting into the furnace with temperature at 200 oC and 800 oC. Furthermore, The size of cube and beams is 100 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm and 100 mm x 500 mm x 100 mm respectively. For the beams specimen, a reinforcement bar was inserted with 10 mm diameter. In addition, the behavior of the concrete after heated was observed. For specimens test, the compression test was conducted. In conclusion, the comparison in physical and mechanical properties among the specimen in factor of water/cement ratio and temperature effect was compared and discussed. Based on the result, the strength of the concrete was effected by water/cement ratio and high temperatures.en_US
