dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of this project is to Design and Develop a Cooker and Inner Coat Isolator for Peanuts. The aim of this project is to design and develop a product which able to cook and separate inner red skin of peanuts. Second objective is to design, choose and evaluate an appropriate structure for cooker and isolates coat layer of peanut machine and last one is to produce a prototype and to test the functioning of the mechanical part of the product. Target customer for this project is housewives. The size, design, and the structure of existing product do not suitable and not fulfill customer requirements. Methods used for this project start with identifying opportunities, background research, analyze data, product specification, concept selection and prototyping. The product idea could be generate from the process of sketching. Scoring and screening method will be used to analyse and select the best and suitable design until the development of the final product proposal. The design of this application can be analyzed by FEA. Eventually this project will complete with simulated in CAD software.en_US
