The main reason for low production rate of audio based products were inappropriate handling of assembly process. This study was conducted to reduce the product operating time. By using line-balancing process, this study will focus on the assembly process where cycle time of the products were investigated to increase the productivity. Based on observations, some of the causes of potential that could lead to a slowdown in production were identified. To solve this problem, the balance lines improvement and production cycle time per station approaches were selected. The implemented techniques were applied before and after the assembly process. The results of the research shows the production of audio cars increase steadily. The project was able to reduce weaknesses in production process thereby increasing the production of products than before.en_US
