dc.description.abstractThere are many ways to exploit rice husk include using it for manufacturing process for honeycomb structure. The project is to be part of the study to design and create more productive ways in Core honeycomb structure made of rice husks and polymer mixture. The size needed for the honeycomb to get a good stucture is by having the rice husk grain in small partial so the structure will be strong. For this project, the objective is to get a new design of blade that are suitable for blending the multi-size rice husk grains. The problem statements is having problem to gain and produce the right size of the rice husk grains for honeycomb core structure process. Having two blade with different size will help the blade to crush rice husk grains in every size went operating. The blade also will have more contact when blending. The blade also help in getting more precise and get word done. The engineering analysis is calculating efficiency, speed, and power in making comparising between machine. The final result in in fabricate the blade that are suitable for blending 600 micron in size.en_US
