Abstract: The replacement of fly ash in Ordinary Portland cement have been conducted to measure the strength of concrete in different ratio between fly ash and cement. This research is involved three stage like Raw material analysis, mix proportions and testing of concrete. The aim for material analysis is to check class type of fly ash. In this research composition of fly ash is o wt %,10 wt%, 20 wt %, 30 wt % and 40 wt % was produced. Concrete was cure for 7 days and 28 days. Raw material analysis was conducted by using X-ray frequency spectrometer (XRF) and Scanning Electron Microsocope (SEM). This research is divided into three stage. First stage is material analysis and preparation..Then, the calculation were made to determine the mixture of cement, aggregate, fly ash and water. The third stage is compression test, water absorption test and density test to analyze to determine it mechanical strength and the type of concrete. Each concrete has been analyzed their strength and the highest strength with respective composition have been determined.
