Abstract: The world nowadays concerns over variety of natural resources almost being extinguish. Solar power car had been established as a result from exploring alternative source of energy. There are pros and cons in the aspect of solar power car production. Solar power car designed in multipurpose use as to which people desire to produce new variety of solar power car design. From day to day, people begin to acknowledge the capability of solar power car. Solar power car system has been upgraded to meet people demand. Aerodynamic design includes size, material, costing, bi-input supply solar energy and battery. Bi-input supply referred to solar energy and battery. Solar energy uses to drive a DC motor and charging the solar charger circuit. Two set of batteries use to run 16F877A Microcontroller PIC and to drive motor which act as secondary source when there is no sunlight. They are most crucial and significant values should be considered to ensure motor speed capable to drive a solar power car efficiently. In this project, the perfect revolution solar power car attracts more local and foreign industries to involve in automotive industry for manufacturing electric vehicles.
