Abstract: This study was held out on by bioremediation technique to remediate heavy metal that is from Harum Manis farms. This research is conducted in conjunction to examine the effectiveness of organic and phosphate amendments in bioremediation of heavy metal in contaminate soil and to compare the different amount of amendments with the degradation of the contaminant. The biostimulation technique is used to remediate the contaminated soil. Biostimulation technique emphasis on nutrient content that affecting the degradation of heavy metal. The amendment usage of organic amendment is wood sawdust while for the phosphate amendment is phosphate fertilizer. Both of the amendments shows a great change in degradation of heavy metal. The result shows the mixture of wood sawdust and phosphate fertilizer is more efficient in the Fe degradation by 74.96%. Next, it followed by the usage of wood sawdust and phosphate fertilizer with 73.59% and 72.26% respectively. The potential of ferum degradation is higher than the zinc degradation.
