Abstract: Aquaponic system is a system that combines cooperation between the two of hydroponic and marine life. Fish’s wastes have high levels of nutrients and should not be wasted. The system works by fish’s wastes are channelled to the aquaponics plants. This method makes aquaponic’s plants fresher and healthier compared to the plants that are grown using soil. However, nutrients which been supplied are insufficient as Calcium, Iron and Potassium contained in fish’s waste contain low levels of nutrients, while it should be present in high levels in order to ensure the excellent quality of aquaponics plants. This project is brought forward so that the insufficient nutrients can be supplied automatically in order to solve this problem. This indirectly saves human’s energy and time as the automated system does not have to be regularly monitored. To objectify this project, Arduino Mega board is use to control and manage nutrients level in the system.
