The demand for higher communication systems and network communication system is the main reason for the need for improved communication system to reach and meet the needs of customers. 2D-MDW OCDMA FSO system used to have a lot more exaggerated as cheap and simple design of the system also. 2D-MDW OCDMA FSO system is considered as a solution for the next generation in optical networks due to its ability to reduce the Multiple Access Interference (MAI), the phase noise due to intensity (PIIN), and to allow the use of low-speed electronics that operate at bit rates. OCDMA system performance depends on the type of modulation is commonly used is OOK-on of keying Modulation often used for such a system OCDMA.Because of that 2D-MDW OCDMA FSO modulation types have been trying to be implement in this research. The code used in this thesis is 2D-Modified Double Weight (MDW) 'code. This code is a modified version of the code version of the Double Weight (DW) 'code.2D-MDW heavy coat can be generated for any even number greater than two. Generally, the 'signal-noise-ratio (SNR)' Better is dependent on the increase in weight. This is because the signal power users will increase as the code weight, increases, so (SNR) will also increase.en_US
