Abstract: Traffic in the network today has developed very rapidly. Therefore, many techniques have been invented by man to solve this problem. One technique that has been used which is based on OSPF (Open Shortest Path First) routing protocol link. The experiment of a common method used to achieve performance that includes a core network routing protocol OSPF (Open Shortest Path First). The goal of this project is to carry out experiments with assessing the impact of link state routing to the core network. he results obtained will show the throughput of the node, round trip time for the node transfer data from node to node and packet loss of each of the node. From these experiments, we expect it will reduce the time required to calculate the weight on the link and look for the best links to transmit packets in a short period of time.
