Abstract: | Tuberculosis or TB bacilli in scientific name are a disease which is controlled by the Malaysian government. Tuberculosis epidemic is very dangerous to be able to lead to death if not treated early. This project focuses on how the image TB bacilli detected using a technique image processing by using image segmentation. Using this technique, it’s capable of being one of the first steps to prevent this epidemic. There are some devices will be used in this project such as computer that based on an application Microsoft such as Windows 7 Ultimate to support open source even Windows 7 Ultimate is a paid software. The project will be carried out to the coding only. Each coding have specific algorithm for filtering process picture to only display the images filtered TB bacilli bacteria only. |
