Fiber based access network can deliver performance that can support the increasing demands for high speed connections as a main reason of optical fiber technology has become one of the most trustworthy and fastest transmission media in the communication world. One of the new technologies that have emerged in recent years is Passive Optical Networks (PON). Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) is experiencing great public acceptance throughout the world. To satisfy future bandwidth demands, existing Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) access networks must be upgraded. So, this project proposes the design and analysis the system performance of future Fiber-To-The-Home (FTTH) network and the compare the results based on simulation. In this design passive Point-To-Multipoint (P2MP) is considered for Optical Line Terminal (OLT) and Optical Network Unit (ONU) with a fixed distance. The optic code is used in this system is Modified Double Weight (MDW) code. This code is a modified version of the code Double Weight (DW) code. Nowadays by using advanced PON systems that provide the evolution path ever higher bandwidths to FFTH application became a better performance.en_US
