Identification of an individual using face recognition has many applications, for instance in a forensic field. In accident involving vehicles, sometimes causes face damage to the person. An unidentified corpse was found that does not have the identity document. In medical field, face recognition is useful in the face reconstruction for plastic surgery. Various approaches are utilized to perform face recognition. With the availability of measurement data of craniofacial landmark belong to Semai(male, female) and Temiar(male, female) aborigines, a Feature Based technique is suitable to construct the face recognition system. In order to develop the face recognition system in this thesis, the first step is to define the identification rule from the face measurements data available using WEKA tool. The next step is to construct the system using Visual Basic Programming (MACRO). Then it is followed by the analysis, creating, testing and modification. In this thesis, the face recognition system developed is able to recognise the Semai male, Semai female, Temiar male and Temiar female effectively and accurately.en_US
