Abstract: In this project discuss about to check the capability of the Intel Galileo Gen 2 board. Intel Galileo Gen 2 board is a powerful board that uses a Quark Soc X1000 processor and the board is needed for calculating the period of each task in the Intel Galileo Gen 2 board and search for the minimum period and the maximum period according to each task. After searching for the period then set the priority for every task is the same. After setting the priority of each task are the same, then print out the result. By decreasing the priority and increasing the period of every task then print out the result and compare the previous result and the current result are different. The previous result of every task is not in order but after decreasing the priority and increasing the period every task is in order that means that rate monotonic scheduling is based on the highest priority to the lowest priority.
