dc.description.abstractPlant disease early detection is very important in the world of agriculture to reduce wastage in country. Disease surveillance by using naked eye previously is very limited and also might be some negligence in job. This project will be used to detect plant disease by using technique process image that have in take by farm worker itself. HSV Technique (Hue, Saturation, and Value) will be used to compare leaf color that is good and also leaf that is damaged. Matlab software will be used to carrying out this system. Area and leaf damage itself will be determined by system after the image is completed processed. This project only to give focus to the plant damage factor. Leaf position hit sunlight surplus and also leaf that is overlap cause sometimes decision accepted inaccurate. As the result from this project, 85% samples that was tested show positive result. This study has been carried out use the accurate technique that has been chosen, all study final decision was gathered in fixed place.en_US
