The project had examined the design, development and implementation of Electric Corn Removal Machine. Eating cooked sweet corn significantly boosts the grain's healthgiving antioxidant activity, which can substantially reduce the chance of heart disease and cancer. To cut the corn for food preparation is quite tedious and may cause hand injury. It also may cause the production waste a lot of time during corn removal process. Hence it is desirable to develop a corn removal machine which can produce a lot of corn at a short time. This can help to increase the productivity of corn food industry. The design is focus on the overall structure and mechanism to remove the corn which drives by electrical motor. The analysis will be made in the mechanism to remove the corn.en_US
