The purpose and goal of this final year project is to show the design of ping pong server machine is effective in ping pong training section. In addition, the use of ping pong server machine can helps to improve ping pong player’s skill. Order to investigate energy transfer efficiency from wheel driven to a ping pong ball, has been conducted by work done and spinning energy calculation. This calculation is based on Newton’s law of motion. From the computation of work done and spinning energy calculation result for the efficiency energy transfer from wheel driven to the ping pong ball is 87%. Found to be 0.0225 m radius for wheel and 0.2kg mass of wheel can launch the ping pong ball with less energy waste. So 0.0225 m radius of wheel and 0.2 kg mass is suitable dimension to launch the ping pong ball effectively through the standard ping pong table net.en_US
