Abstract: In this project, we introduce the new technology and design of the washing machine which does not have rotating drum and actuator. This new technology and design of the washing machine transfer pressure of the fluids right to rotary motions of the fluids that can be used for squeezing and washing process of the clothes. The lab testing will undergoes three stage and one final confirmation stage to find out the optimum parameter setting for the new design washing machine. Three main parameter factors that will influence the cleanness or performance of the result are the nozzle angle of input water, speed of the motor, and the washing time. Every stage of testing, the improvement has done to modify the design of the washing machine thus it can give the better performance for the next testing. Last but not least, the cleanliness performance of SAMSUNG Model WA91U3 is used to compare with our new idea washing machine. The new idea washing machine shows 47% improvement of cleanliness compare with SAMSUNG Model WA91U3. The parameter shows the optimum result are speed = 27rpm, time = 12min, and nozzle angle = 0°. If the speed is fixed at 27rpm, the optimum parameters shows the highest cleanliness value 50.49% are time = 12min and nozzle angle = 0°.
