Abstract: It is an expert system to control construction problems in rigid highway pavements. It is a one of alternative it can give a help and solution to control a construction problem and also this system can save a time in the construction work and maintenance work in the future. The situation was when the contractor doing the construction, this system can be a reference to make sure that any problem can be solved faster and do not need to find in internet and journals. This system is from America Concrete Institute (ACI) standard, and this standard is been use in Malaysia. This system is be made from VISUAL BASIC software version 2008. This system is very easy to use even the beginner. When this system is running, users can determine the types of construction problems. The data information about the construction problem is coming out together with the solution about the problem follow what the users choose. Users can use the data information and solution to relate in the real problem situation at site.
