Abstract: Home automation is the automatic or semi-automatic control and monitoring of household appliances and residential house features like doors, gate and even the windows. Home automation has made it possible to have what is often referred to is a ‘smart home’, a home that can detect and identify you according to the brightness automatically switch on the light and fan when you enter the living room and also able to detect burglar attempts.
Description: The 6th International Engineering Invention & Innovation Exhibition 2015 (i-ENVEX 2015) was organized by ENVEX Young Researcher Club (EYReC), University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia on 17th - 19th April 2015, at UniMAP Main Campus, Pauh Putra, Perlis.
