Abstract: Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) technology have been around for quite some time and is proven to be more efficient energy conversion compared to linear regulators. Implementing SMPS in motorcycle will save substantial amount of energy and fuel consumption over motorcycle’s service life. In addition, battery lifespan will prolong significantly due to stable charge current.
Description: The 6th International Engineering Invention & Innovation Exhibition 2015 (i-ENVEX 2015) was organized by ENVEX Young Researcher Club (EYReC), University Malaysia Perlis (UniMAP) and Ministry of Higher Education (MOHE), Malaysia on 17th - 19th April 2015, at UniMAP Main Campus, Pauh Putra, Perlis.
