Abstract: Renewable energy is the energy derived from natural processes that are replenished frequently. Most renewable energy sources are environmentally friendly, can fight global warming by reducing carbon emissions and also allow the economies to lessen their dependencies on politically turbulent nations. Renewable energy is the energy generated from solar, wind, rain, tides, hydropower, biomass, geothermal resources, and bio-fuels and hydrogen derived from renewable resources. The concept of the underwater hydro energy is to convert the energy from flowing water into electricity and this project, mini underwater hydro energy model using spiral turbine, will use that concept. Basically, it will generate electricity using a generator and inverter circuit that will be constructed. The amount of electricity from this project will be applied to the load provided.
