The objectives are to study details about autoclave process and propose improvement to reduce defects parts in autoclave. These actions often follow a specific methodology or strategy to create successful results. The method used in this project is Seven Basic Tools of Quality such as brainstorming, cause and effect diagram (Ishikawa), flow chart and control chart to implement the improvement. The result shows the reducing of total part or panel of bag leak and thermocouple (TC) disable after implementing the corrective action and new improvement in the process involved. It was explain in chapter experimental and analysis in details.
