Abstract: This project is to monitor the sensor (ultrasonic sensor) and measure the distance between the robot and obstacle. The sensor will be mounting on the bipedal walking robot and will generate the signal to main controller of robot. The main propose of sensor is to avoid the obstacle for the robot movement. Robot can avoid the obstacle depending to the sensor. Another sensor use in this monitor system is temperature. The system can monitor the surrounding temperature and detect if the area is too hot for robot to enter. One more system in this project is the camera vision system. The camera will mount on the head of bipedal walking robot and will transmit the graphical signal to computer via the video capture card (Universal Serial Bus). The signal will transfer using RF link. The frequency use is 1.2GHz. The signal of video will convert to digital format and transfer to computer Universal Serial Bus.
