Abstract: This study investigates the business ethnic towards entrepreneurs among the northern of the Peninsular Malaysia (Kedah, Perlis, Penang and Perak). Business ethics has been perceived to be influenced by gender, age, ethnicity, culture and other demographic factors. This study examines the relationship between the perception on gender and age how to exposure with business ethics among entrepreneurs in Malaysian. Besides that, this will suggests that men and women are different in the sense of having different learning experiences and behavior in one organization. Based on the objectives, this study are include to identify the students‟ perceptions of gender and age exposure to their relationship with business ethics; to study how entrepreneurs among northern of the Peninsular Malaysia perceive business ethics and capitalism, and to study how gender and ages effect the business ethnic toward entrepreneurship among northern of the Peninsular Malaysia. Although previous studies indicated that there is a significant relationship between gender and age. However, the present study reveals that there is no significant relationship between these independent variables and business ethics respectively. This researches have analyzed numerous variables that are related to ethical behaviour, however gender and age are factor to affect business ethics are significant in one organization. The finding are indicates that current issues related to unethical practices impinge on students‟ perception of business ethics.
