Abstract: | ZnO films, type of the metal-oxide semiconductor promised a wide range of application, especially in optical and medical field. ZnO prepared from zinc acetate dehydrate as a precursor as a solvent exhibit high crytallinity with the hexagonal wurzite structure. The ZnO films with the grains uniformly distributed on the substrate was deposited by using low-cost sol-gel technique. The influence of surface morphologies, crystallization, chemical compound and optical properties with isopropanol act as a solvent was investigated using FESEM, XRD, FTIR and UV-Vis respectively. |
