Abstract: | This paper describes an overview of the key component in coordinated multipoint in the context of LTE-Advanced which are includes architectures, approaches, and main challenges. Most of the ideas presented are presently being studied and may vary throughout the standardization work. A system model is proposed to employ the cooperative communication in interference-limited scenario which will help to improve the cell-edge performance. |
