Abstract: Non-isolated DC/DC Converter is a device that can convert DC voltage from one level to another by storing the energy input temporarily (using inductor and capacitor) and then releasing that energy to the output at a different voltage. The main problem to the user who wants to design a converter is to find a suitable inductor and capacitor at the market to design a converter. There are three non-isolated DC/DC Converters’ topologies involved in this project. Those topologies are Buck converters, Boost converters and Buck-boost converters. This project is started as a creation of interface to user to calculate the value of inductors and capacitors using Visual Basic for Application insides Microsoft Excel while Excel itself acts like “calculator” to the interface. This project consist of designing, testing and analysis all converters’ capacitors and inductors. Moreover, this project shall be used as an interface that can benefit users from using it and it will be improved for a better “interface” at the future.
