dc.description.abstract | This report presents the design and analysis of a Boost Converter that will demonstrate latch up with following specification: Vin=12V, Vout=24V, Pout=60W and peak to peak output voltage ripple is 3%. PSIM software is simulating option for an ideal open loop Boost Converter to study the effect of parasitic loss effect to efficiency. The switching frequency for the Boost Converter is 20kHz and the controller used in practical Boost Converter is MC34060A. | en_US |
