Abstract: This study was carried out to determine Public Awareness on Application of 5S's Concept at Construction Site in Hospital Tuanku Fauziah, Kangar, Perlis. The study had focused to two main issues which are the level of awareness of 5S’s Concept among the public and the effectiveness of application of 5S’s Concept at Construction Site. Material that used in this study is a set of questionnaire that contains of 100 sets. Sample of research contain of persons who are involved at the site construction either in direct or not in direct like site workers, hospital’s staff, and visitors. This research was carried out by descriptive method. The data was analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) to get the amount of min score and percentage for each item. From the analyzed data it will show the public awareness of 5S’s concept and the effectiveness of this concept was applied at construction site. Hope the further study will not only involve in site construction but also will take into account the office management.
