Abstract: The performances of waste cement which already exposure to environment condition was studied in term of compressive and flexural strength test. The specimens were prepared as mortar was cast in 50 mm cubes for compressive strength test and in 40mmx40mmx160mm prisms with mechanical compaction in two layers. Three specimens for each mix, curing period and parameters tests were prepared. This work initially deals with compressive strength characteristics, water absorption, X-Ray Fluorescence Analysis, cement sieve analysis and water absorption on mortar cured (standard curing) for 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. The curing work also has been to carry out. As the mix proportions for the specimen‟s water to cement ratio 0.5 were used. Each batch for all test specimens consist of (450 + 2) g of cement, (1350 + 5) g of sand, and (225 + 1) g of water. The compressive and flexural strength development of abandon Portland cement comparing with newly product of ordinary Portland cement (OPC) have been investigated. The specimens were prepared by using 50 x 50 mm cubes and 40 x 40 x 160 mm prisms mortar mould. Three types of cement were kept under different temperature (20°C, 32°C and 110°C). It is used to determine in which temperature the cement still could be utilized further. The result show that, the highly strength of cement mortar are affected by temperature 20°C while the cement that temperature 32°C which were kept in air-circulating condition give very lower strength. XRF result between newly product of Portland cement and abandon Portland cement shows the different on the composition element. The different compound of composition for each mineral has important individual characteristics. From the experiment result tells that by under different cement temperature those elements will change.
