Environmental Impact Assessment is to identify, predict, evaluate and to detail out the mitigating measures prior to project approval and implementation. The main objective is to evaluate the EIA of selected projects. Then, the second objective is to compare the sampling results according to required standard. The scope of study was focused on the Perlis Power Plant and CIMA. It focused on air, noise and water quality impacts. Noise quality was determined by Sound Level Meter while air quality was determined by Tactical Air Sampler (TAS). Also, water quality was determined by YSI probe and laboratory test. The results show the reading of noise quality at both site were not more than 93.5 dB but not even less than 62 dB. In addition, results of air quality show that TSP were not more than 260 μg/m3 according to RMAQG at both site. While, water quality at both site shows that the most of the parameters test were in Class III according to INWQS. Those evaluation results can be used in future work, minor errors can be corrected by greater awareness while major errors may need special training.en_US
