Abstract: Currently there are many developments especially in construction’s sectors where a lot of pollutants have been produced and resulted in the degradation of the environment and countries. This pollution phenomenon indirectly had a positive effect on environment. This study is based on effect of construction activities to environmenta at Construction project to upgrade road between Teluk Kumbar and Balik Pulau, in Penang. The method that has currently been used to identify the effect of environment from construction site, to improvement action plan to cushion on environment compared with those guidelines DOE standrad and JKR target and to identify prevention measures on pollution from construction site. The purpose of this study is to get pollution content which occurred during construction activity in that construction site. The data were obtained through two sources which are sampling method as primary source and survey form data as secondary source. This data adopt with aim strengthen more this thesis objective. The resulted acquired presented the mean such as from water pollution sampling test about Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD), Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD), Total Suspended Solid (TSS) and Ammonia Nitrogen (NH₃N). Air pollution sampling test for Total Suspended Particulate (TSP). Noise and Vibration pollution to know level of sound vibration on construction site. Meanwhile, survey form of analysis to know about feedback and prevention measures on effect on construction activities to environment from the company staff. As conclusion, decision value were being taken had showed equation for objective in this thesis and road development had gave some impacts on these results.
