Microfluidic techniques based on nanotechnology for miniaturized lab-on-chip systems have recently received huge research attention because of its undisputable and widespread biomedical applications. For the development of a micro-total analytical system, the integration of an appropriate fluid delivery system to a biosensing apparatus is must. This review highlighted the recent developments in micro and Nanofluidics technologies for the state-of-art fabrication of microchannels, micromixer, microvalves, and micropumps on polydimethyl siloxane substrate. The impacts of micro/Nanofluidics on life sciences are also briefly discussed.en_US
