Abstract: Six Sigma is a useful and famous quality control tool that is widely using throughout the world, included Malaysia. This study determines critical success factor of Six Sigma implementation. This is achieved by examining 11 key success factors. The companies, factories and organizations in Malaysia are targeted to be surveyed. Survey questionnaire are sent to the target via email or sent to the person in charge directly during visit to companies or factories. Factor analysis is used to identify five critical success factors that are pertinent to successful implement Six Sigma in companies’ projects.
