dc.description.abstractImprovements of process are done with purpose either to increase the productivity of output in one factory or reduce cost or even both. The study of propose the recommendation of process improvement for Packaging Station in Kilang Gula Felda Perlis also bring same objectives which are to propose improvement that aim for higher productivity and reduce cost of manufacturing. A lot of data in packaging station had been collected and analyzed. Base on the Man, Material, Machine, Method and Maintenance that factory provided, proposals regarding the Ergonomic, 5S, Method of sugar packaging, Documentation Storage System, and Standard Operation Process (SOP) had been propose.en_US
