Abstract: The cylinder head of internal combustion engine is simple piece containing cooling fins, spark plug, poppet valve, manifold, sealing, lubrication, and covers. It is bolt to the top of the cylinder block in an engine. New design of the housing of the rotary valve for motorcycle engines needs to calculate the thermodynamics process for air cooling of rotary valve housing. Calculation of the thermodymically process includes next steps : calculate the area of the rotary valve and housing that response to appropriate cooling process, evaluate the level of thermodynamically process, make correction to the geometry of the housing that can give stable cooling process. Process of calculation of thermodynamically process should be based on known methodised. All information should be documented according to the industrial standards for manufacturing of parts.[1]
