Abstract: Heart is one of the most vital body organs and defect in each part of it leads to failure in the normal blood supply and, as a result, heart diseases emerge. The abnormality of TGA or the Transposition of Great Arteries is one of the most common and fatal diseases among all kinds of congenital heart diseases in infants. In this kind of defect, systemic and pulmonary blood circulation pathways are placed in parallel rather than in series. In the present research, a classic model called PHYSBE, which is a complete model of human circulation system, is used for modeling the abnormality of TGA. Modeling this kind of abnormality predicts a decrease of blood pressure to 75 MmHg and an increase of blood volume to 108 ml in the left heart and an increase of blood pressure and blood volume to 113 MmHg and 356 ml in the right heart, respectively, which is in complete consistency with the mechanism of TGA abnormality
